Makes 20 balls

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup salted butter
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup almond meal

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Place bowl in the fridge for 45 minutes to harden the mixture.
  3. Roll mixture into balls and return to the fridge again.
  4. Store in the fridge.​​
