Almond Butter Truffles
Makes 20 balls
Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup salted butter
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup almond meal
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Place bowl in the fridge for 45 minutes to harden the mixture.
- Roll mixture into balls and return to the fridge again.
- Store in the fridge.
