Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½ diced apple
- ½ cup milk of your choice
Method
- Place all ingredients in a jar, bowl or container and mix well.
- Transfer to the fridge to set overnight.
