Ingredients

  • ​¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Nature Sweet natural sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ diced apple
  • ½ cup milk of your choice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar, bowl or container and mix well.
  2. Transfer to the fridge to set overnight.
  3. Enjoy for breakfast the next morning.
