Balsamic Vinaigrette
This is delicious splashed over a salad or hot cooked vegetables.
¾ cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¾ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Place all ingredients into a glass jar. Screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously for a minute until ingredients are well combined.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
