Banana Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups oats
- ⅓ cup almond or peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Synd-X Slimming Protein Powder
- 2 large very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds
Method
- Place the oats and sunflower seeds into a large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Shape into balls.
- Refrigerate covered.
