Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups oats
  • ⅓  cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Synd-X Slimming Protein Powder
  • 2 large very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup toasted sunflower seeds

Method

  1. Place the oats and sunflower seeds into a large bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Refrigerate covered.
