Berry Coconut Smoothie
This makes a quick, easy and delicious breakfast or snack.
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Synd-X Slimming Protein Powder
- ½ cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon full fat canned coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend and then serve.
