Banana protein smoothie
1 tablespoon canned coconut milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe banana, chopped
2 tablespoons Synd-X Slimming Protein powder
2/3 cup crushed ice
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve immediately. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon (helps to burn fat).
