Basil Turkey Patties
These patties can be made ahead of time and packed for a delicious healthy, high protein lunch.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
- ½ cup finely grated fresh pumpkin
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mash together well with your hands. Form the mixture into patties and place on a lined oven tray.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Serve with a salad or roasted vegetables.
