Bowel Cleansing Smoothie
This time of year leaves many of us feeling bloated and sluggish. This fiber-rich smoothie will help to keep your colon clean and flatten out a bloated belly.
- 1 ½ cups nut or seed milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon Fibertone
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons Synd-X whey protein powder
- 1 banana
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
