Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups milk of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup cooked leftover quinoa
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ cup blueberries (or a berry of choice)

Method

  1. Mix the milk and chia seeds together well. Leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
  2. The next day stir remaining ingredient into mixture and serve.
