Breakfast Blueberry Quinoa Chia Pudding
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cups milk of your choice
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup cooked leftover quinoa
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ cup blueberries (or a berry of choice)
Method
- Mix the milk and chia seeds together well. Leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
- The next day stir remaining ingredient into mixture and serve.
