Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter of your choice.
  • 1 tbsp jam of your choice, or crushed and mashed fresh berries

Method

  1. Blend the oats in a food processor or high powered blender until fine.
  2. Mix them with the peanut butter, jam and milk.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a jar and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
