Breakfast Peanut Butter And Jelly Oats

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup oats
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter of your choice.
- 1 tbsp jam of your choice, or crushed and mashed fresh berries
Method
- Blend the oats in a food processor or high powered blender until fine.
- Mix them with the peanut butter, jam and milk.
- Spoon the mixture into a jar and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
