Ingredients

1 glass of water
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Juice of half a lemon
A pinch of cinnamon powder

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass. Whisk the chia seeds until well incorporated. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes and then sip slowly.
