

Chicken Patties
Perfect for lunch or dinner - hot or cold!
1lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
Finely chopped fresh chilli (optional), according to taste
1 large carrot, finely grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mash together well with your hands.
Form the mixture into patties and place on a lined oven tray. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
