Perfect for lunch or dinner - hot or cold!

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)
  • finely chopped fresh chilli (optional), according to taste
  • 1 large carrot, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon dired oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mash together well with your hands.
  2. Form the mixture into patties and place on a lined oven tray. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
