Chicken Patties
Perfect for lunch or dinner - hot or cold!
Ingredients
- 1lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)
- finely chopped fresh chilli (optional), according to taste
- 1 large carrot, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon dired oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mash together well with your hands.
- Form the mixture into patties and place on a lined oven tray. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
