Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup goat or sheep feta, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and serve.
