Chili And Lime Roasted Cashews
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
- 2 heaped teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix them well with your hands.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Turn the nuts over halfway through the baking process.
- Allow the nuts to cool completely and then serve.
