Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 heaped teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix them well with your hands.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Turn the nuts over halfway through the baking process.
  4. Allow the nuts to cool completely and then serve.
