Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw macadamia halves
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 heaped teaspoons runny honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil or olive oil or liquid ghee
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix them well with your hands.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Turn the nuts over halfway through the baking process. Cooking time will depend on the size of the nuts you use.
  4. Allow the nuts to cool completely and then serve.
