Choc Banana Fudge
A delicious all natural chocolate treat that you can feel good about eating.
Crust ingredients
- ½ cup pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup cacao or cocoa powder
Topping ingredients
- 2 medium bananas
- ½ cup cacao or cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons cashew butter
- Liquid stevia, to taste
Method
- Blend all the crust ingredients together in a food processor or high powered blender until well combined. You may need to add a little water if the mixture is too dry. It depends on the type of dates you’ve used. Spread the mixture into a lined baking tray or cake tin.
- Combine the topping ingredients and then blend them in a food processor or blender. Spread the topping over the filling and place the mixture into the freezer.
- It can be eaten directly out of the freezer for a cold treat, or take it out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
