Choc Banana Fudge

A delicious all natural chocolate treat that you can feel good about eating.

Crust ingredients

  • ½ cup pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup cacao or cocoa powder

Topping ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas
  • ½ cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons cashew butter
  • Liquid stevia, to taste


  1. Blend all the crust ingredients together in a food processor or high powered blender until well combined. You may need to add a little water if the mixture is too dry. It depends on the type of dates you’ve used. Spread the mixture into a lined baking tray or cake tin.
  2. Combine the topping ingredients and then blend them in a food processor or blender. Spread the topping over the filling and place the mixture into the freezer.
  3. It can be eaten directly out of the freezer for a cold treat, or take it out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
