Ingredients
- One 15-ounce can full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao or carob powder
- 1 tablespoon Nature Sweet natural sugar substitute
Method
- Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge the day before you intend to make this dessert.
- Separate the solid coconut cream from the liquid in the can.
- Beat the coconut cream on medium to high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until a pudding-like consistency starts to form.
- Add the cocoa powder or alternative and Nature Sweet. Beat for 1 more minute.
- Serve.
