Method

  1. Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge the day before you intend to make this dessert.
  2. Separate the solid coconut cream from the liquid in the can.
  3. Beat the coconut cream on medium to high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until a pudding-like consistency starts to form.
  4. Add the cocoa powder or alternative and Nature Sweet. Beat for 1 more minute.
  5. Serve.
