Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Synd-X Slimming protein powder
  • ⅓ cup melted dark chocolate (ideally sugar and dairy free)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls and place on a tray.
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer to set. Take out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving
