Chocolate and Vanilla Quinoa Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Synd-X Slimming protein powder
- ⅓ cup melted dark chocolate (ideally sugar and dairy free)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into balls and place on a tray.
- Place the mixture in the freezer to set. Take out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving
