Chocolate chia dessert
1 ½ cups almond or hemp milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
3 tablespoons carob or cacao powder
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Approximately 10 drops liquid stevia
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup pecans
Place all ingredients except the blueberries and pecans into a large bowl. Whisk them vigorously for 2 minutes. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and then whisk again for a minute.
Stir the blueberries and pecans into the mixture and pour it into 4 serving bowls.
Cover the bowls and place them in the fridge overnight. Serve the next day for breakfast or dessert.
