Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond or hemp milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons carob or cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Approximately 10 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except the blueberries and pecans into a large bowl. Whisk them vigorously for 2 minutes. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and then whisk again for a minute.
  2. Stir the blueberries and pecans into the mixture and pour it into 4 serving bowls.
  3. Cover the bowls and place them in the fridge overnight. Serve the next day for breakfast or dessert.
