Chocolate Coated Frozen Banana Slices
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas. Choose bananas that are very soft but not mushy and overly ripe.
- 6 ounces dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher)
- 1½ teaspoons coconut or macadamia nut oil
- Flaky salt for sprinkling on top (optional)
Method
- Slice the bananas and arrange them on a lined tray.
- Melt the chocolate with the oil. Coat the banana slices in chocolate. Sprinkle flaked salt on top. Place in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours.
- Enjoy frozen.
