Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas. Choose bananas that are very soft but not mushy and overly ripe.
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher)
  • 1½ teaspoons coconut or macadamia nut oil
  • Flaky salt for sprinkling on top (optional)

Method

  1. Slice the bananas and arrange them on a lined tray.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the oil. Coat the banana slices in chocolate. Sprinkle flaked salt on top. Place in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours.
  3. Enjoy frozen.
