Chocolate Coated Frozen Strawberries
This makes a delicious and easy dessert. It can be low carb, depending on the type of chocolate you choose.
Ingredients
- 10 to 15 frozen strawberries
- Approximately 5 oz of dark chocolate, chopped. Try to choose at least 85% cocoa or sugar free chocolate
Method
- Place the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with an inch of water in it on a low heat. Stir the chocolate gently until it melts.
- Dunk the frozen strawberries in the melted chocolate, then allow a minute for each one to set.
- Place the coated strawberries in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set fully, then store in the freezer on a lined baking tray.
- Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
