Chocolate And Hazelnut Fudge
Such a simple yet utterly delicious recipe.
- 7 ounces dark chocolate (85 or 90% cocoa)
- 2 tablespoons full fat canned coconut cream
- ¼ cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
- Melt the chocolate and coconut cream together. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in hazelnuts and pour mixture into mini muffin patties. Place in the fridge to set.
