Chocolate And Hazelnut Fudge

  • 7 ounces dark chocolate (85 or 90% cocoa)
  • 2 tablespoons full fat canned coconut cream
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted hazelnuts


  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut cream together. Stir until smooth.
  2. Stir in hazelnuts and pour mixture into mini muffin patties. Place in the fridge to set.
