Makes 12 to 14 cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs​​
  • ¼ cup milk of your choice
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup Synd X Slimming protein powder
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup chopped Medjool dates
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (ideally sugar free)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • Large pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mash banana with a fork.
  4. In a larger bowl, combine eggs, milk, oats, protein powder, coconut, almond butter and banana. Stir until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle in Medjool dates and chocolate chips.
  6. Use a tablespoon or ice cream scoop to roll into balls and put on baking sheet. Press down lightly with a fork.
  7. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
