Chocolate Protein Cookies
Makes 12 to 14 cookies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk of your choice
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ cup Synd X Slimming protein powder
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup chopped Medjool dates
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (ideally sugar free)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- Large pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- In a small bowl, mash banana with a fork.
- In a larger bowl, combine eggs, milk, oats, protein powder, coconut, almond butter and banana. Stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle in Medjool dates and chocolate chips.
- Use a tablespoon or ice cream scoop to roll into balls and put on baking sheet. Press down lightly with a fork.
- Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
