Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 large very ripe tomato, diced
  • ½ spring onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
