Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yoghurt
  • ¼ cup chopped, roasted pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 pear, chopped into small chunks

Method

  1. Place coconut yoghurt into a serving bowl.
  2. Top with remaining ingredients and serve.​​
