This dressing is delicious poured over salad, roasted vegetables or lamb

Ingredients

  • ½ cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds (toast them in a frying pan over medium heat for approx 2 to 3 minutes)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Method

  1. Whisk yogurt, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl. Add garlic, cumin seeds, salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
  2. Store in the fridge.
