Creamy Cumin Yoghurt Dressing
This dressing is delicious poured over salad, roasted vegetables or lamb
Serves 2
Ingredients
- ½ cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds (toast them in a frying pan over medium heat for approx 2 to 3 minutes)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- Whisk yogurt, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl. Add garlic, cumin seeds, salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
- Store in the fridge.
