Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated lemon rind
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill or parsley (whichever you prefer), finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
