Creamy Low Carb Salad Dressing
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup of full fat plain unsweetened yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ lemon, juiced (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together. Use immediately to dress a salad or pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge for later use.
