Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of full fat plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ lemon, juiced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together. Use immediately to dress a salad or pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge for later use.
