Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked mashed pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice powder
  • 1.5 cups water or coconut milk (if you want a thicker consistency, use less liquid)

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
