Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked mashed pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice powder
- 1.5 cups water or coconut milk (if you want a thicker consistency, use less liquid)

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
