  • 3 frozen bananas (slice the bananas and then freeze them before making this recipe)
  • 6 large, soft medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 heaped tablespoons cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons canned coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  2. You can sprinkle a little salt on top before serving if you like, to create a salted caramel flavor.
