Dairy-Free Caramel Ice Cream
Spoil yourself with this delicious guilt free dessert. So full of healthy goodness, you could almost eat this for dinner!
- 3 frozen bananas (slice the bananas and then freeze them before making this recipe)
- 6 large, soft medjool dates, pitted
- 2 heaped tablespoons cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons canned coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
- You can sprinkle a little salt on top before serving if you like, to create a salted caramel flavor.
