Serves 1 ½ medium avocado 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk 1 tablespoon coconut cream ½ banana 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds/linseeds 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
