Dairy Free Lemon And Mustard Turkey Thighs
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 turkey thighs
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil for cooking
Method
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Season the turkey with salt and pepper.
- Place turkey in frying pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Combine all other ingredients together in a bowl. Turn turkey over, pour sauce into the frying pan, reduce heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the turkey is well cooked through.
