Parsley is a wonderful herb to help your body detox because it is high in chlorophyll. It is also anti inflammatory and helps to cleanse the kidneys.

Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender and blend until smooth.
