Dairy Free Pear And Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 large soft pear
- 1 medium overly ripe banana
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ¼ cups almond meal
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line an 8 X 4 inch baking pan with non stick paper.
- Blend the banana and pear together in a food processor until well blended.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and process until smooth.
- Pour batter into baking pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
