These dark chocolate and blueberry bites are an indulgent treat that’s high in antioxidants.


  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • ¾ cup pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ cup dried blueberries
  • 3.5 oz 85% cocoa dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • ¼ cup raw hazelnuts


  1. Place all the nuts into a food processor and process until ground
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until just combined
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge

NB: You may need to add some water if the mixture is too dry, or add some more ground pecans if it’s too wet. This will depend on the moisture content of the dates you use.
