Date and Tahini Chews
These delicious bite sized snacks contain slowly released carbs and healthy fats, to keep you full and satisfied.
Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates, seed removed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Method
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until well combined.
- Place the mixture into a bowl and stir the chocolate chips in.
- Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
