Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates, seed removed
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until well combined.
  2. Place the mixture into a bowl and stir the chocolate chips in.
  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
