Easy High Protein Chia Pudding
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Synd-X Slimming protein powder
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened milk of your choice
- 4 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or unsweetened coconut yoghurt
Instructions
- In a bowl or mason jar, whisk together milk and protein powder until well combined. If you are using a mason jar, you can put the lid on and shake the mixture to combine.
- Add chia seeds, sweetener and vanilla. Stir or shake until well combined. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. Stir in yoghurt.
- Cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve topped with fruit or nuts.
