I have had issues with my gut since March 2018.It is so debilitating that I endure monumental torture every second of the day with major symptoms being nonstop burning sensation in the abdomen,severe abdominal tightness,gnawing pains,dull aches,horrible cramps.I ran so many tests in 2018 amongst which were stool antigen test(came positive),LFT(normal),US(suggested dyspepsia),hepatitis A n C(negative), endoscopy with biopsy(endoscopy was normal but biopsy revealed h pylori associated severe chronic gastritis).I had taken 4 different triple therapy rounds at different times but nothing seem to have worked till date.Fast forward till last month when i checked back into the hospital as situation had deteriorated, I did contrast abdominopelvic ct scan which revealed limy bile n cholelithiasis.US also revealed gallstones then MRCP test also tilted towards limy bile.medications are hurting n nothing seem to work.My symptoms r more of gastritis yet they r suggesting cholecystectomy to which I m hesitant as it may not be the solution. I'm presently taking gallbladder complete buy no improvement still n digestive enzyme with flora norm.Please can you relate to this situation?I'm a Nigerian n I'm dying

  You need to have a simple diet of fresh well cooked meat or poultry or fish and vegetables and no carbohydrates
  take organic apple cider vinegar one to two tablespoons in the MIDDLE of meals
  BACTOCLEAR can reduce helicobacter pylori - one twice day with meals
  to get rid of bile sludge take NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) one capsule twice day inbetween meals with a large glass of water - later on may need to take 2 capsules of NAC twice day and always with a large glass of water
  for your immune system to successfully fight infection take SELENOMUNE one capsule day.
  to soothe and heal gastritis take ULTIMATE GUT HEALTH POWDER one tsp twice day in between meals.
