This delicious, creamy dressing is dairy-free, high in good fats and goes well over fish or salad.


  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried ground oregano


  1. Whisk the tahini with olive oil.
  2. Pour into a jar, add all other ingredients and shake well.
  3. Use as a general salad dressing.
