Garlic And Tahini Dressing
This delicious, creamy dressing is dairy-free, high in good fats and goes well over fish or salad.
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
- ½ tsp dried ground oregano
- Whisk the tahini with olive oil.
- Pour into a jar, add all other ingredients and shake well.
- Use as a general salad dressing.
