Gluten Free Coffee Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 8 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup cooled coffee
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- ½ teaspoon Nature Sweet natural sugar alternative
Method
- Soak the dates in the coffee for 15 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients. Place into a blender and blend until the mixture comes together and can form balls.
