Gluten Free Crispy Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 6 rice cakes, crushed
- ½ cup natural hazelnut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Method
- Melt the nut butter and honey or maple syrup together in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the crushed rice cakes.
- Pour the mixture into a lined tray of your choice. Press it down evenly with a spoon. If you coat your hands with olive oil it should be less sticky to work with.
- Pour the melted chocolate on top and spread it out. Place mixture in the fridge or freezer to set. Cut into squares to serve.
