Ingredients

  • 6 rice cakes, crushed
  • ½ cup natural hazelnut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Method

  1. Melt the nut butter and honey or maple syrup together in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the crushed rice cakes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined tray of your choice. Press it down evenly with a spoon. If you coat your hands with olive oil it should be less sticky to work with.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate on top and spread it out. Place mixture in the fridge or freezer to set. Cut into squares to serve.
