Ingredients

  • One 14 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 395 degrees F.
  2. Place the chickpeas, parsley, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper into a food processor and process until the mixture comes together.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, and place on a lined oven tray.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  6. Serve in wraps or on salads.
