Grain Free Baked Falafels
Ingredients
- One 14 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 395 degrees F.
- Place the chickpeas, parsley, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper into a food processor and process until the mixture comes together.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, and place on a lined oven tray.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Serve in wraps or on salads.
