Granola isn’t just for breakfast. This tasty mix makes a delicious snack to eat at any time of day. Alternatively, sprinkle on top of yogurt or a smoothie.


  • 2 cups sugar free coconut chips
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt the coconut oil with the honey in a small pot on the stove over medium heat.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour honey mixture over ingredients and stir together well.
  4. Spread mixture over a lined or greased oven tray and bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
  5. Serve with yogurt or milk of your choice. This grain free coconut granola can also be eaten dry as a snack.
