Ingredients

Crumble ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour/almond meal
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • A pinch of salt

  Filling ingredients

  • 4 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca or corn flour
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

  1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Stir the filling ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Place the mixture into a small casserole dish.
  2. Stir the crumble ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over the pears and bake in the oven 30 minutes,  or until the topping is golden brown.
  3. Serve with yoghurt.
