Grain Free Pear Crumble

Ingredients
Crumble ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour/almond meal
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- A pinch of salt
Filling ingredients
- 4 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced into chunks
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon tapioca or corn flour
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Stir the filling ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Place the mixture into a small casserole dish.
- Stir the crumble ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over the pears and bake in the oven 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Serve with yoghurt.
