Ingredients

  • 1 cup full fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves of your choice, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive or macadamia oil
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour over salad or other meal.
