Green Goodness Salad Dressing
This creamy and delicious dressing will turn a boring salad into a delicious and filling meal. It can be poured over salad or protein foods such as chicken or fish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce leaves of your choice, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive or macadamia oil
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Method
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender and process until smooth.
- Pour over salad or other meal.
