Grilled Tuna Steaks
Grilled tuna steak is a light, high protein meal that combines perfectly with a salad.
- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoon ghee or olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Mix all ingredients except the tuna and avocado well in a glass bowl. Place the tuna steaks in the bowl and cover them well with the marinade, using your hands. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Grill the steaks on medium to high heat for approximately 5 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Serve the steaks with avocado and salad.
