Healthy Frozen Banana Treat
Ingredients
- 4 medium bananas
- A few tablespoons of nut butter of choice (I like cashew butter)
- 5 oz sugar free chocolate chips
Method
- Slice the bananas and arrange them in a rectangle on a lined baking tray. Spoon the nut butter on top and gently spread it out. Melt the chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the nut butter and spread it out with a spoon to cover evenly.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for 2 hours before consuming.
