Ingredients

  • 4 medium bananas
  • A few tablespoons of nut butter of choice (I like cashew butter)
  • 5 oz sugar free chocolate chips

Method

  1. Slice the bananas and arrange them in a rectangle on a lined baking tray. Spoon the nut butter on top and gently spread it out. Melt the chocolate chips gently.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the nut butter and spread it out with a spoon to cover evenly.
  3. Place in the freezer and freeze for 2 hours before consuming.
