Healthy Tuna Salad
This tuna salad makes for a great lunch or dinner meal, high in protein, veggies and healthy fats.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 small lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- ¼ cup olives
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 14 oz canned tuna, drained
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
Combine all salad ingredients in a serving bowl and then drizzle with vinegar and oil.
