Hemp Bars
Hemp seeds are an excellent source of protein and beneficial fatty acids
Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup flaxseeds
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- ½ cup coconut butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons goji berries
Method
- Place the hemp seeds, flaxseeds and sesame seeds into a food processor and pulse until partly ground but the mixture still has a rough texture.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Press the mixture into an 8 x 8 inch baking tin and refrigerate until firm. Once firm, slice into bars.
