High Protein Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 ½ pounds green beans, trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice and zest from 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except the chicken and beans in a shallow dish and mix to combine.
- Add the chicken and toss to coat it evenly. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for approximately 2 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on a greased or lined roasting tray. Arrange the green beans alongside the chicken
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time will depend on the size of the chicken breasts.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
